I have always been better at taking the first step than waiting for the right moment.
Do not let someone else's calendar run your life
When I have wanted to explore the world, I have traveled, even when no one else could come along. So far that has meant five continents, countless new people and memories that would never have been created if I had waited for someone else to be ready.
The same goes for the small things. If I want to go to a concert or dance for an evening and my friends are busy, I still go. Not because I prefer doing things alone, but because I have never wanted other people's calendars to run my life.
That attitude has followed me into work. When I notice I am no longer growing, I look for the next challenge. When my values no longer match a company's, I look for an environment where they do. And when I run into inefficient processes, I struggle to just accept them. I want to understand why they exist, and how they can be better.
That is really why I am building Anna Labs. Not to start an AI company. Not to jump on the latest trend. But because, after more than ten years in digital marketing, I have seen the same problems keep coming back, whether I have worked operationally with Paid Social at an agency, inhouse or as a client.
I know what the day to day looks like. I know which tasks steal time, which decisions are hard and which processes still feel unnecessarily manual. Instead of waiting for someone else to build the solutions, I decided to do it myself.
This is the beginning of that journey. Over the coming months I plan to build in public. Show what I create, what works, what does not and everything I learn along the way. Hopefully it can inspire more people to stop waiting and start building.
No CTA. No product. Just curiosity.
An experiment that starts with real problems, not technology
A few months ago I started building something I call Anna Labs. It is not an AI company. And it is not another tool. It is really an experiment.
I wanted to explore what happens if you start with real problems in marketing, instead of starting with the technology. After many years in performance marketing I have collected a long list of tasks that feel unnecessarily time consuming. Tracking audits. Reporting. Creative briefs. Campaign planning. Budget analysis. Competitor monitoring.
So instead of accepting them, I started building AI solutions that solve them. One by one. Every product starts with a problem I have experienced myself. Not with an AI idea.
Helping marketers spend less time clicking and more time thinking.
The first modules focus on:
- ✔Tracking Audits
- ✔Campaign and budget analysis
- ✔Creative Strategy
- ✔Growth Reporting
- ✔AI driven recommendations
Creative Trigger
Turn customer psychology into creative concepts instead of guessing what to test next.
LaunchSignal Audit
Audit your tracking setup and see what is quietly limiting performance.
LaunchBudget Optimizer
See where every krona works hardest and reallocate budget with confidence.
LaunchGrowth Reporter
An executive view of performance, written in business language instead of metrics.
LaunchI am looking for 2–3 beta partners
Anna Labs has now reached a point where I would like to test the tools together with real marketing teams. I am looking for 2–3 companies that want to join as beta partners.
I am not looking for perfect companies. I am looking for curious people.
During the beta you get:
- Free access to the tools during the beta
- Tracking Audit for Meta, CAPI and Event Quality
- Feedback on Paid Social workflows
- A say in what gets built next
- Direct access to me throughout the process
The only thing I ask in return is honest feedback. What works? What does not? What would make the biggest difference in your day to day?
If that sounds interesting, please send a message. I look forward to building this together.
